Greenville Residents Directory is a privately operated reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected to Greenville, Texas. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with an office, court, or records custodian.

The site’s original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote a brief, attributed excerpt. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.

11. Texas Law and Public Records
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Government-held public information is separately subject to the Texas Public Information Act, Tex. Gov’t Code ch. 552, including its exceptions and record-specific confidentiality rules. That law does not make this private reference site a government custodian.
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, effective July 1, 2024, addresses certain consumer privacy rights and governmental-entity exclusions. It is not a blanket mechanism for deleting a public record held by Greenville, Hunt County, or Texas.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
